this looks pretty good actually. Will It be an Add-on or just a redone game of It's own?

It's a full-blooded sequel. New rendering engine, new graphics, new physics for the choppers (W and S control altitude, mouse controls nose pitch; pitch the nose down, you go forward), and a radio station for American vehicles that play period music, plus your own MP3s.
