I tried to go through some ancient Paperwork, And have yet to Find It.

The postman is correct though, I found this site about FFL.

Hey all. I was just wondering if it is even possible to get a Class three license anymore. I looked at the ATF site and they don't even use that system it seems.

If you could describe what a class three license entails, I might have an answer.  Depends where you are too.

Ah, that might be helpful. I believe a person with a class three was able to own an automatic weapon. I'm not sure what else they were able to have. I was trying to look this up to see if this was true.

I used to have a Class 3 liscence, But It was along time ago, and Before I blemished my record. I'll try and dig somethings up for you though, and Post It here.

I believe it is called an FFL (Federal Firearms License). Used to be anyway.

Curio and relics might do just as well for you as a class 3. To get a class 3 requires a great deal of pain and aggravation. A C&R is much simpler to get and gives you personal access too many of the same items without the BS of being a dealer. Both are still available.

In common usage, an FFL is not a class 3. A Class 3 includes automatic weapons.
