I equipped a dagger on Deekin and it was in his hand. Very cool. You can also tell him what class to try to become. There was two choices.

I really am sick and tired of RPG games, but NWN really brings a new direction to such a tired field- I hope you'll have as much fun I have with it...

Keep in mind that the NW single player is not that great. SP got alot better with Shadows of Unretide and so far the single player Hordes of The Underdark is very good. I took Deekin along and he's a hoot. "Big Dragon in there. You sure we want to go in there?" lol

It is nice to have control of his equipment.
