I wasn't expecting much out of this one, but I was pleasantly surprised yet again.  Nice how they tied up that loose end left from "Rajin."

Well,  a bunch of stuff bothered me about this one.  It was enjoyable on some levels, but I just didn't buy some elements.

Like the reasoning for the Captain and one other person to be sent back.  Isn't that the whole purpose of the organization that Daniels belongs to?  To take care of those things and not contaminate people from the past?  The excuse given was that they didn't have time for the paperwork or something.  Was there less work to send two non-affiliated people back in time, thus contaminating them?  What sense does that make?

Plus, the plan to make the virus back then and then transport it forward to the current time to use it.  Why?  Why not just finish off the humans right there in 2004?  Clearly they were thinking of limiting them.  Not only that, 2004 would be much better time to do it, since there weren't any humans known to exist off planet.  Problem solved in one nice package, rather than nuking earth and then having to hunt them down.

These time travels stories are gettin' harder to believe as time goes on, it seems like they a one trick pony, with a lot of holes.  Seems like lazy writers to me, I guess.

Time Travel................  Come On, there's so many other tales to tell that don't have to deal with such a hackney'd topic.

And they always have to time travel back to today!  If you could go back in time, why not the stone age.  Killing the human race back then would be easy!

I really don't like time paradox episodes.  They only way to watch them is to never ask any questions.

I'd go back about 2000 years ago.

Not necessarily, granted there were much fewer of us, but humans were spread out farther over the globe and it would be harder to spread a contagion to kill everyone.  Now, with jet planes etc a contagion can spread around the globe much faster.

Still, the time travel thing and Trek are getting out of hand.  Maybe the choice of Scott Bakula was intentional, because maybe the series will end up being Quantum Leap redux (albeit Leap had better writing and more interesting stories half the time, imo)

The heck with some stupid contagion.  Just send a ship back and burn surface of the planet.

It might be interesting to see an episode based on a race doing something very similar - perhaps directing an asteroid at the planet - perhaps the one that killed the dinosaurs.

For the love of God.  Don't give them any ideas.  Of course there is that one Mission in SFC where the asteroid is going towards the planet and it has to be moved.  Hmm.  If someone captured the video of that mission being played, OMG, we've gotten next weeks episode of Enterprise in the can!
