My wife Denise as alot of you know has been very ill as of late, However she recieved her first notice from SS. She has been found to have a Medical disability which she has been approved for benifits. that's the good news. and they will be retroactive to April of 2003.

the letter stated also, that the Financial part has not yet been Determined, But I'm not to worried, as She won't be able to work again anyway, So i'm sure that will get passed.

My question is, Does SS retro-pay back to when the claim was originaly filed? I know the VA does.

Anyway's After Thanksgiving, we will be scheduling for her Operation(s) and Get her to feeling better.

I imagen that she will get a big check, as my mother got one when she applied for disability. But then she only got a small check after that each month.

Yes, my POS no good lazy scumbag perveted brother in law with the iq of a toilet bowl floater valve got his SS with backpay. It went all the way to the date he orginally claimed he was too depressed to live since he couldn't afford pills and other drugs while he cheated on his wife with underage girls anymore.

If that piece of insect gonads and inbred yokel DNA that's beneath truckstop urinal slime excuse for a homosapien brother in law of mine got it, your wife surely should. At least she isn't faking anything to get out of working for a living.

***EDIT*** Sorry, that time of the year when I got to deal with the Jerry Springer Thankgiving Special she calls family and hides from. SERIOUSLY, I married a woman with the worst case scenerio family from Jerry Springer!!!!
