But carb hell.. so be warned..

It's my turn to cook tonight, mainly because I don't want to wait until 8 for supper.. I'm making my stir-fry spagetti..Yep.. you heard right..

Cook spagetti as normal (or your favorite pasta)

At the same time, stir-fry some oriental vegetables (because the mix is easy, you can use some other mix, or fresh if you like) along with a few frozen  meatballs or slices of chicken, shrimp, beef, or tofu if you like in a wok or large non-stick skillet..

drain the spagetti and add it to the vegetable mix

Add 1/3 bottle of spagetti sauce, or the white  pasta sauce if you like (drawing a blank, sorry)

Stir and cook until the loose sauce evaporates or is absorbed, and the mix begins to sizzle just a tad in the pan..

I like to season with 2 table spoons of Italian dressing or Vinagrette 2 minutes before removing

Serve hot.. yummy twist on quick spagetti for dinner..

Kinda like Chicken Brocoli Alfredo, no? Only with spaghetti and extra vegetables...and no chicken....ok so it's nothing like it.  I'll have to try it.  The way things are in my family (Father is getting mobilized, he's the cook) i think I'm going to be cooking more and more!

Alfredo Sauce  !!!!  (White Pasta Sauce)... thanks man.. that was driving me nuts!

Yeah, it's just a quick way to cook pasta and put the goodies in the pot (one dish meal).. it also allows you to conserve the sauce..and it's tasty..
