This sounds like a neat new forum, but I do have one suggestion. Place it in the public forums section rather than its own because it is somewhat inconveniently placed IMO. My $.02

Good point. However, we already have a couple of other forums ready to be debuted, and they can't all spam the public forums. I can definitely see how it would look out of place all by itself, but it won't be alone for long. =) If it eventually gets to be a big part of the community (which would be cool but is something I think will take awhile), we can possibly add another forum just to Public, something like "Recruiting for Interactive Fiction", if that would be convenient. I could do it now, but I'm concerned about fragmenting / having too many forums.

If or when I move that thread to here there'll be a link to the thread here. Is that what you mean?

I think he means that it might be better if we put up a stikied thread in the OT forum that has a link to the GD forum so those that may not scroll down to the bottom will know that there is a new forum and what it is for.  We could also close that thread  in the OT so the only thing it could do is point here.
