Yet another makeshift Tholian heavy unit based on the Patrol Corvette hull. These ships received genuine web caster technology from refits applied after the Neo-Tholian 312th Battle Fleet arrived in the Holdfast, making them a real headache for the Klingons.

Ah, I see the Tholian in it. Ya, they did tend to combine existing hulls together to make differnt classes of starships, didn't they? Wasn't that because they were refugee's and had to improvise their ship production for a long time? Thank's for the effort to help bring the GAW mod together. It will take many efforts just like this.

Yes the original Tholians (who actually left their home galaxy after the Neo-Tholians) only had a shipyard capable of producing the corvettes from TOS - it was a civilian facility so it couldn't produce the 'proper' Tholian ships with engineering hulls and true webcasters etc. so they improvised by welding together hulls of corvettes to produce larger ships.
