The Day After Tomorrow

I know this is a Roland Emmerich film, but just looking at the  Trailer, I really like the tidal wave and twister effects.  But then I do like my special effects.

On a side note does anyone else here collect the  Cinefex  magazine?  A great read if you want to learn more about the effects industry.

Hmm, the only thing that really catches my attention is that it's made by the same people who made ID4 supposedly.  Otherwise, I'm not much into the disaster flicks, most are pretty hilarious in their interpretations, and mostly boring as for characters and plot story.
