Another thing is i mentioned in another post, if I would be able to disable the orion pirate cartels, and it kinda worked, i havent seen them around in the campaigns, the only race was the orignal orions, its much better because in my mod i have the kazon, and there suppose to the across the map toward the gorn section and they keep coming around the fed space, and i couldnt stand it anymore, bugging me out, this way i keep all the orions out and focus primarly on the main races, ok left field i see lol lol sorwie anyways ill post the runtime error if it happens again thx

Anyone please, its becoming a big problem, its doesnt occur during skirmishes, only campaigns

Another thing hit me, theres a file in the SFC folder, called ''Above8BitTextures'' can this somehow have anything to do with it, if my ship and the AI has Above 8BitTextures, does it make the game crash,

A few questions, then..

1- Did you try to remove SFC:OP (completely) and reinstall, repatch, etc? Maybe there's a .SCR mission that's corrupted?
2- (if above did not work) what's your current version of everything?
3- Have any mods installed? Models?

models, I Have tons of them in, my own mod, and yup i have reinstalled and done all that, it seems to be happening only in the first mission of any campaign, but since I never get beyond that mission, then I guess it would be the patrol,

thx

Doesn't this happen if you have an invalid model?  Seems like a lot of peope were crashing out during SSII when they were using an older model pack, because certain ships had bad models (mostly the break mod, so they couldn't destroy the ship).  Since you don't have any custom scripts, that would be my closest guess at the moment, I guess.  What else have you changed since you did a fresh install and patch?  Just added models or something else?  I'm no shiplist guru, but maybe if that's been changed it could be a problem?  I'd check the models, personally.

Yes, the GCM_BRK.MOD from the FeralYard's Gorn CM is making the game go boom. I had to redo the brk model and repack OP+ with it.
