Starforce2,
Look for the word Federation it is up near the top above the Ironcross BCV. If not I will post a direct link one Mackies site is up again. It is there in the federation retexture area (as that is where I got the link for the pic from).

No no luck on the George Bush last night, was talking with I_Mudd and forgot about her and by the time I remembered MSN decided to boot us both for upgrades. So I did not get the chance to send him the file to see if Max would find the problem (could be a plug-in problem with milkshape)

Ok I got the thing worked out so the George W. Bush carrier is now the John Paul Jones and available for download as the Federation Heavy Carrier. Also in the file is 2 engine version scaled down to size of the normal Excelsior so it can be used as a BCV of CVB.

So now with the Niskalaukaus Class

You have 2 out of the 3 ships I had planned for this weekends release.

I actually never downloaded that model so I don't know at this time if I will ever go looking for it, or if I find it that it will make the list. Guess it really depends on how long we all keep playing this game.

Well why not I just assimlated anyone ship!

A retexture of P81s' older Excelsior and allo lower poly that the later ones too. It is complete (well needs a new registry, so about 30 minutes it will be done) and will be coming out soon not the ship i was expecting to finish today but it does make three at least. Three are thre possible engines textures in it for the Advanced design I use the TMP and TNG eras ones as well.

It is listed as the Excelsior Class.

At any rate the other Excelsior i had in mind is movingto the bottom ofthe list (Don made the model so at least that is done if i decide to finish it) and will move on to the other things i still need to finish.

or your miranda retexture, did you atler the mapping on the model at all, because I use an exsisting p81 miranda using the orignal texture from BC, and it looks fine with your textures except the black rectangles in or near the phasernodes.

Hey, Captain!

I D/L'd a few models on Friday night, including the John Paul Jones.

I was away for the weekend and got back Sunday evening. I just saw yet another Excelsior variant is available so I'll be snapping her up this evening. Don't worry, you've got fans out there!

You KNOW I love your stuff!

Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!

Yes the orginal phaser did not line up very well so I fixed the problem by removing the polies. There was really no reason for them because the HP was in the hull.

They can be fixed also by colouring the upper left corner the colour you want the phasers to be. But you will also have to remove the phaser textures off the hull then. It is not prefect they still will not line up right wit hthe texture but it will be close.

I simply went wit hthe texture as I thought it looked better between the two and saves 18x6=108 polies saved.

How many other ships did U do this way? I'll hafta save the max files when I port the originals over to BC (er...I didn't save the sentry...I hope I don't hafta do that one) cuz BC hardpoints wont line up unless the ship is in the exact spot, exact same scale..ect when converted. Sentry's got alot of stuff to move too...sh*t.
