Topic: Conversion Versions

I just want to play as all the cool ships out there, but most of them were made for SFC2, and I only have SFC3.  So, I threw together a small site that host SFC2 to SFC3 converted models.  I only have 2 models right now, but I'm willing to take request.  These conversions get the ship into the game with just the basics.  Like hardpoints, archs, DefaultCore.txt, DefaultLoadOut.txt.  They DO NOT include damage maps and glow points.  If anyone wants to do the damage maps and glow points that would be great.  I am also very interested in constructive criticism.  If you think the job I did sucks, tell me how you would do it better.  That way I can grow.  If you like something in particular that would be helpful too.  That way I can keep doing it that way.  I just hope this helps anyone out.

On a side note I forgot where I downloaded the Species 8472 Destroyer.  If anyone knows who created the model I got I really need ya to tell me.  I need to give credit where it is due.

I don't know about damage maps, but Taldren mades a Model tool that you can use to make glow maps.  It is be downloaded at www.sfc3files.com.

Yea I have that model tool I just got a little lazy.    Basically I just wanted to make them playable.   I have an Armored Voyager that I converted but I think someone else already converted it.  Someone tell me if im wrong and I'll either post the conversion I did or trash it.  Also if anyone really wants the glow points on the conversions that I have so far I'll put some on.  If no one ask for them, well I'll just leave them be.
