We still are, it has been quite good overall.  Certainly quite unique in its own way a departure from the other Star Treks.  Though someone mentioned a continuing storyline would really help.  This person referenced DS9 as an example.  That is true when DS9 did that I felt it became an extremely strong series and never missed an ep.  I am an original and TMP generation fan.  THough I enjoyed THe Next Generation Just as much grew up with that 2 really I was in only in jr high when it started.  Off track there.  TIme will tell I hope something like that the cont story line does evolve.  That and someone hooks up on the show.   Might make things interesting ie if Tpol takes an interest in Archer and if there was a female version of Ponn Farr that would be very facinating or entertaining.  Seriously it seems to be doing a good job for now let the trails lead where they may and we look forward to more enjoyable Enterprise Eps.

True that, DS9 was also slow and boring during some episodes. I vaguely recall a season 1 or 2 episode where Sisko, Dax, and I think Bashir (or was it O'Brian) was solving some strange alien puzzle which involved a strange sequence of counting and hopscotch. LOL.... Berman and Bragga can get really stupid when they're truly bored, or just plain uninspired.

Yes!  And I do enjoy most of them.  Last week's was entertaining enough, but a bit preachy on the liberal side.  It was a minor "bug".  I do think the show is getting better in general as time goes on.  Originally, I fretted that it wasn't "canon"; at least not the canon most of us were used to, but hey, so what?  It's still pretty good space opera entertainment.

I would still be, but no UPN where I live.  When I was watching I had a freind that was going some where that had UPN once a week for the first year of it.

I'm still watching, but getting incredibly bored with it.
There isn't enough in-depth character development and the writers need to pick an ongoing storyline, all this one episode storyline crap has been done to death... We need expanded stories here. Look at how that changed DS9 around.

Well that and it is just getting boring. If there wasn't anything else to watch in the 8-9 (ET) timeslot, while I'm waiting for Angel to come on, I'd probably not be watching TV at all.

Nothing has done a story line to what "Babylon 5" did.  They had a secound spin off show sloted to start, but has to happen.

Just wish they would rerun "Crusade" for more then one running in a two week time that doesn't even get advertised....ouch bad move for them.  Trying to get it rateings but forget to inform any one other then fan clubs that look for every thought of a crack of info.

the answer is yes .... i still watch enterprise .....i havent missed an episode

i like the show very much, and think many have been overly critical. while i do admit some aspects of the show have "stretched" the limits of established canon.  once u get over the fact that the show looks and feels decades ahead of TOS its quite enjoyable.

voyager was also not that bad a show.  personally, ill watch any trek show. in my humble universe bad trek is infinately more prefferable to NO trek. (the only exception was DS9 -- which sucked ass!!!  B5 was light years better!!!)

Yeah, still watching, and taping.  Last weeks episode was one of the most disappointing, imho.  Way too preachy, and who are they preaching to?  Geez, it's like they were preaching about attitudes from 1984 or something, and to Trek fans?  I found it in fairly bad taste, and somewhat poorly written.

I did enjoy this weeks episode though.   I like the dual continuing storylines of the temp-cold war, and the Vulcan/Andorian tensions (could they be related?).

I do wish they would have more storyline episodes, or at least find a way to tie in little bits here and there if they are going to do a bunch of fillers, and for the record, I kind of liked a night in sickbay. lol.   In some ways, I think this is the best Trek since the original series.  More human than TNG and better stories than most post TOS stuff too.

I remember reading an interview when TNG started and they were asked if they were going to be following in the footsteps of TOS.  The response was that they were going to be forging their own ground and not relying on what happened in TOS so much.  I had to laugh when they had  the episodes where they referenced occurance or disease/syndrome X that first occured on the "original" Enterprise under the command of Captain Kirk.  So much for that eh?  Anyhow, I'm liking Enterprise so far, just think they need to decrease the time between the storyline episodes, somtimes I wonder if the storyline was abandoned, but they eventually come back.  Filler should be the exception, not the rule.

I'm still watching  Enterprise , but I don't devote time to it like I had with the other shows.  For the most part, the shows haven't been all that bad.  They'd be better if they were to stand on their own since I've seen rehashed story ideas which bugs me.

As far as DS9, that was my favorite series after it introduced the Jem'Hadar. If people were looking for ship combat, this was the series for it. And the damage was a lot more believable than on  Voyager . How likely was it for the ship to sustain that much damage through the series and still look that good and clean? That show just didn't sit well with me at all as a whole. Still, that had some pretty good episodes.

Yes, I watch it. It's entertaining, but unfortunately, it is too often allegorical. That, and T'Pol seems to have joined the Captain Archer Fan Club. First officers are SUPPOSED to disagree constantly with their captains, even at the end, for a bit of light humour. Remember Spock? It was his trademark!

Still a great show though

Saturday night used to be the best night in TV around here: Enterprise at 10:35pm, Dr. Who at 11:30pm, Battlebots at 12:30am, and South Park at 1am.

Yes, but generally dissappointed with it.  They have completely no regarde for the ST:Story line anymore.  First, they were not ment to meet the Klingons intill 2218, not 2163.  Second, whats up with the tricorders??????  And there are loads more things abuot it, but i really can'y be arsed to type them all.  I enjoy it, its good fun, its star trek after all!!! :-) But I think they could have done better.

I thought Enterprise was 10 years before the founding of the Federation, so that would make first contact with the Klingons be 2153, right?

oh, I hardly ever watch TV, and the times I do catch this show, I've already seen it    Saw the dog one twice
