Hi Atrahasis
It could very well be. I have one kicking around the apt It was released for St 3 and had an Excelsior not to scale and a blue klingon bird of prey. I wonder what a klingon d7 would look like under that wind tunnel test.

Probably fairly well. They have a model rocket where a simple fin attachment is added to a D7/Ktinga model. You fire the rocket strait up like any other, and then it glides level back to the ground like a plane, so it can't be overly bad.

Hey, I remember that Enterprise toy when ST3 came out.  I was a kid back then and I had the option of buying etheir the Enterprise or the Excelcior.  I went with Enterprise, but I loved the Excelcior so much I kicked myself in the head later that I didn't choose the Excelcior.

I remember as a little kid playing with the Enterprise toy for years until the Warp engines broke off much like this wind tunnel demenstrates (the Warp engines where pretty fragile).  I kinda wish I could still get the Excelcior toy to this day.  It most likely would probably be very crude compared to my model kits, but it would be nice to actually get the Excelcior after 20 years of waiting.

I wish I could have been there. I would have suggested other things to test. Like a model of that Excelsior, or maybe some starwars stuff.
