Solar flares interupt some connects ...

Huge solar flares are messing with ISP's, and Japan reported a major communications satellite knocked out today. If you are experiancing periodic problems, this could be to blame.

Interesting thing about this is that the Flare is traveling 300 Km per second which is the Maximum speed of any ship at impulse speeds in Starfleet commands 1, 2, and OP (speed 31 = roughly 300 Km/s.  Very interesting.
