The Mirror Verse thread
« on: October 17, 2003, 10:17:43 pm »
Um I have not seen that episode for  years. Trying to remember. Was the mirror verse Enteprise exactly the same from the outside? Appearance wise I mean.  I remember the uniforms being slightly different. Like they had sashes or something.

Wierd, was actually wondering what my mirror verse self might be up to.

Undoubtedly cursing himself for being unable to get the image of the mirrorverse Enterprise out of his head.

In "Mirror Mirror" on the outside the mirror Enterprise was identical to the normal one

Didn't it have the Imperial Earth logo instead? (The Globe with the Sword in it?)

There were 3 or 4 DS9 episodes that involved the Mirror universe.

Although technically the same, it was very different than the TOS Mirror Universe.  Cool episodes, though.

The Enterprise was orbiting the Planet in the opposite direction.

On another note, I wonder what the Mirror Kroma would be like......probably all butch and stuff, and heaven forbid a White Sox fan.

I imagine the Mirror Universe right now to be Westwood's Red Alert universe.  So I would think that there are three possibilities for my counterpart.

1. He's Dead, Jim.
2. He's a low level Soviet Officer.
3. He's a mid level Allied resistance member.

See, the Mirror universe just has to be the opposite of our universe or it wouldnt really be the Mirror Verse.  So the USSR wins the cold war.  Now where I would fall in, would depend on certain factors, I know that if the Soviets had taken over the US in the 70's, I wouldnt have had the surgery that disqualifies me from military service, so I would have been in the military.  But since the Mirror guy has to be my opposite, hes got to be in the Soviet Military.  So I wonder how many people my counterpart has killed to maintain the status quo...
