I managed to get a few bits and pieces of the mesh done today, I've textured the qunatum torpedo turret that I added and I've changed the triangle bits on the sides...The RCS thrusters have been carier over to the bottom of the saucer, but I am going to redo the textures on the rest of the bottom of the saucer, so ignore that part!

There's not much point in having sexy, uber- poly Federation ships like this without equally cool adversary ships IMHO.

LOL! Yes it was a bit!
Perhaps once I have exhausted the supply of Fed ships that require texturing, then I will move on to the Romulans!

I've finished the bridge, I'm quite pleased with how the dorsal surfaces of the ship are looking, although I think that I need to redo the pylon textures before it's finished, now - back to the ventral saucer texture! Hopefully I'll get some more done before we go off to the first showing of Matrix: Revolutions in Oxford tonight!

Now, THAT, is art! One small thing though...shouldn't there be a strip on the front of the saucer, too? I don't know, it just looks a little off with no strip on the front...sorry.
