Ok I know the only UI Weapons Platform are XDP, and KDP, but lets say for instance I use the FBS UI for the Weapons Platform, will it make a difference besides the extra hardpoints and etc... What I mean is will it still appear in the game, or will the game get confused and not reconize it ; when I enter a sector that has a starbase or whatever that includes weapons platforms will it show???

Not quite sure what you are asking, but I know you can swap the UIs and it does work.

When you play a campaign, and you enter a sector that you have to destroy a Starbase, and that Starbase also has Weaponsplatform, and the question is based on SFC2OP, the game goes into the shiplist to get the information to generate the ships/ planets/ bases, if my weapons platform's UI is not XDP but FBS, will it matter, will the game still generate the Weapons platform???????

So long as the hull class remains the same, yes, it will work, although it will look funny.
