In SFCII, does conquest mode actually work with the 2.0.3.6 patch?? I've noticed that when you run the files to turn it into conquest mode, and then try to play the game, it crashes.

IIRC Conquest mode in EAW never worked right. If you want a Conquest style game in EAW it is better to set the Trigger Prestige in your races .mct file to some astronomical number that you will never reach. That way the campaign will never start and you will get the Conquest missions only. It works fine that way, I don't know why it doesn't work the other way.
