I've always digged your website. It was yours that introduced me to lots of great Connie variants and more!

ZI like the new additions and I had a question. That GAFY retexture of the Firehawk-she looks a LOT like the original to me. Is it possible for you to put up a side-by-side comparison of GAFY's and Thu11s?

The only one I can remember doing is one for Starforce.

Basically all I did was convert Ganymads' textures over to the other model (the files are almost exactly the same). Ganymads' textures are more of a Green/Brown with rust added, while Thu11s' are a few shades of gray in the aztec pattern.

I got your rendition mixed up with Ganymad's. I need to take a bettrer look at my collection and the credits in 'em.

So, to clear things up for my confused brain: are there three versions of the Firehawk? Thu11s, Ganymad's and your, Captain?

I currently have two versions, Thu11s and somebody elses. I can't verify who until tonight.

There are just the two so far Thu11s, and Ganymad's

I did one for Starforce but it was just appling Ganymads' textures to the Killerhawk (or the killerhawks to the firehawk) Not really my work it was still Ganymads.

And yea, I haven't had any luck convincing gany to do any more, so I figured I'd ask GAFY for the sparrow hawk and killerhawk.

Killerhawk and Firehawk are basically the same model, and yes those are done and you already have them. The Condor and sparrow hawk are still WIPs I work on them a bit when I am frustrated with the 2 otehr ships I have been working on. I also started to do the mirrored universe ships, still not sure what look I want on those yet so them have been pretty much changing every time I look at them.

I think I will be going the way everyone else wants them though basically dark grey aztec and black/shades of gray details, with red glows. Mostly what I have been doing is trying figure out what the engines and deflectors will look like. Once that is panned out the rest will be easy.

I can't imagine him saying, 'No' to using his Redemption/Sabrina textures on WZ45's uber-great Ulysses... I mean he is letting you host those very same textures on Moonraker's version.

These very same textures by Ganymad fit perfectly on to FireSoul's kitbashed Omnihawk and Megahawk too. Also the Break model for Thulls' Firehawk can be ANOTHER variation on his Firehawk theme, as the dorsal plasma launcher is mounted differently than the final model.

Hey KF, thanks for putting those up for download. I wanted that RDD/Battlehawk ever since you showed me a pic of it. I intend to use it for the refit of my RDD. I think you did a u-bangy job of retexturing it.
