Hey, all.

I was just so bowled over by the fact that Taldren (and/or/including Dave Ferrell) released v2.5.5.0, I just had to post a thread of gratitude.  Frankly, I had already come to terms with the fact that I'd simply have to take OP as it was, especially regarding  the so-near- yet-so-far implementation of cloak, as well as regarding the annoying fighter heavy weapon arming delay.  So it was such a cool surprise to hear that these things were fixed.  It seems to happen so rarely, the good surprise that one in no way expects, that one is often left speechless.

So I'm over the speechless astonishment.

Thanks for the patch!  It wasn't expected and it is greatly appreciated.  Orion Pirates, at 2 years of age, continues to be the ONLY game that I MUST have on the hard drive at all times.
