 Amazing developments in the General War:

Operating through Wyn itermediaries posing as Lyrans, the Federation has purchased fifteen Klingon cloaking devices and outfitted a squadron of Valiant class battle frigates as Defiant class interdiction scouts.  Starfleet sent them deep inside Klingon space to interdict the trade routes near five shipyards resposible for the construction of escots and fast patrol ships.  In one month they have intercepted and destroyed 41 freighters, 11 tugs and a dozen escorting starships.  That accounts for nearly twenty-percent of the Empires commercial shipping capability.  Now the Klingon commanders have been forced to assemble their freighters into massive convoys with heavy military escort and plot a long, slow, circular course visiting each mining colony and production center to collect resource points for delivery to the shipyards, doubling and tripling production times for replacement units for the fleet.   Further naval units have been pulled from the front to form hunter-killer squadrons to patrol the trade routes in a so-far futile attempt to locate and engage the scouts.

Why, oh why, is this sort of strategy so far beyond the scope of any multi-player game on the PC?

To make matters worse, the Klingon player is now refusing to sell additional production to his Lyran allay...

well, just a little more anything woud be good... GAW woud supposedly have had more elements such as that-
