Is there a set number of pieces that a ship can be broken into, 4 seems to be the normal, But some of Lord Schtupp's models for exsample have 7.

Should add this is mainly for EAW and OP

Not that I know of.

I tend to bust them up in 10-20 pieces.   Some do more than that.

According to the manual (Page 17)

"Each chunk of the break model is numbered. Chunks 1-4 may blow off first......."

So I guess more than four "pieces" are allowed, but only the first four are chosen randomly at the start of an explosion.

Hey guys, how exactly do I make Break models?  I would love to make some for my SFB ships I'm making.  I use Milkshape to make my models, can this software be used to make break models?
