toasting to the patch today would be like toasting the new year at a quarter to twelve. It would completely ruin it. Come back in a week... or later.

Fear not SirWilliam! Grog followed by a nice port is to be consumed for every day the patch does come out, as well as every day the patch doesn't.

Toasting the patch before it arrives is the surest way to make sure it doesn't. Bad drinking form!

However if you wish to toast, let me see...hmm...<looks at calendar>...yesterday was the first quarter moon, so...HAPPY FIRST QUARTER!!
