LOL, your kidding? If this is true about Lucas, he is one pathetic individual. I think I heard about something similar too about the old Reagan military program called "Star Wars". I heard he sued the Reagan administration for using a name he clearly invented in his Star Wars movie. Obviously, the courts ruled in favor of the Administration.

What? Does lucas think he owns all of Science Fiction or something?

Yes, Lucas sued but didn;t win, his main points of contention being that the Cylon helmets looked a lot like Darth's, and that Apollo and Skylar (Starbuck's original pre-production name) were too much like Solo and Skywalker.
