For those of you that don't know, a bunch of my models are up for download here:

So far there are Lyrans, Klingons, Gorn, and WYNS, but others will follow. Check them out!

Absolut W00tage with the Klingons man, the only one I didn't like was the C7 as it looks to me like a D7 with a fat neck and slightly distorted engineering hull and different textures, there's not really much noticeable difference besides the neck - the rest are fantastic though.

Well, that's kind of what I was going for on the C7. All it really is is a beefier D7. But I'm glad you're enjoying them.

May I make a suggestion re: the C7 - I would say that you should put some extra impulse engines on the wings and maybe modify the warp nacelle disruptors like Atra did on his TMP era C7 based off the K'T'inga, if you did it in the TOS style on the C7 you've got it would really make it stand apart from the D7 IMO.

Oh and just realised there's a parabolic on the B10

why Steven V. Cole!? Why did you have to put bloody deflector dishes on every alien ship in SFB!!!? LOL

I like your ideas for modifying the C7. I've never seen Atra's TMP C7 however, could you proovide a link or something? But yeah, adding extra impulse and that kind of thing would make sense(I don't know if you noticed but it also has dark paneling visible on its rear hull and boom, not much but it is another difference lol).

Anyway, I'll lose the dish on the B10 later. Whenever I get around to booleaning out a little hole in the front.

Couldn't find a download link even for the Rommie version, - best pics I could provide in a few minutes are these:

As you can see the obvious differences are the additional huge impulse engines, the drone rack above the shuttlebay, the new wraparound disruptor emmiters (to represent the wider arc of the weapons) and the additional hull extension on the underside of the boom and the 2 extensions on either side to represent the additional marine capacity of the ship.

Though Atra did contribute to Fleetdock a few ships - carriers I think, Fleetdock only did TOS stuff and this is indeed Atra's C7 which was only on his site and Eras of War, EAW is down permanently and The Ark only has his new ships on it ATM. He based it off of Moon's K'T'inga (obviously) which is getting on a bit now but the mesh is still pretty decent. He also did a Rommie version - the R-KCR which is actually according to the timeline the only TMP K'T'inga the Romulans should have got (what it said on Atra's site anyway - I haven't worked it out)

Thank you for the models. I have been keeping tabs on your project and looking forward to their release. In particular the KBB. I really like the center line warp structure you came up with for it. The B10 was in need of a redo and you did it rather well.

Thanks Rogue. New stuff is up folks. The classic Romulan Bird of Prey(known as the War Eagle to SFB'ers) as well the the Sparrowhawk. Also, Starforce posted some of my starship concept drawings for those interested. Take a look.

Ecellente! Much as I dislike both the SFB Sparrowhawk and Firehawk, the War Eagle is very cool BTW I thought I'd point out that all your downloads are not zip files - the names have been changed to *file*.zip[1] and the War Eagle is missing the .zip extension completely - obviously you just rename em and unzip but it's a bit weird.

Edit: And the concepts are kickarse too! Especially the Pacifica class, it really suits the era and yet doesn't have to use stupid abstract shapes to do it

Much later edit: some pictures of a variant I made of the FHA:

I moved the bottom nacelles to the side and rotated them 90 degrees, moved the top nacelles to the little black rectangles, slightly squashed the hump they used to be on to make it look a bit slimmer and replaced that godawful SFB insignia under the nose with the one from the War Eagle shrunk down, IMO the modifications make the ship look a lot more menacing, a lot more Romulan, obviously the whole thing was never very nice to look at but I think this makes it bearable.

Anyway, that's an interesting concept you've developed from the firehawk there Lestat. I kinda like it. If you wanna mess with any of other models, show them to me, I'm interested to see what else you might come up with.

And sorry about no break mods, that's mainly due a combination of my laziness and eagerness to get these out. I'll add them seperately later.

Cool. We get a glimpse of a Fed NCL too along with the new models.
I like the way you did the command section on the Condor. Looks good with the "rim" wide like that. I'd only seen it done narrower. I like how you have it.

Yeah, I found that when it was narrower it just looked 'wierd' for some reason. I just widened it until it stopped looking wierd to me. Anyway, about that NCL model, that is unfortunately lost forever due to a disastrous hard drive crash I had several months ago. It, along with many other ships, vanished and were never heard from again(I actually chock it up to Andromedan or Xorkellian raiders).

Anyway, more models are up. There's the Romulan Frigate, Destroyer, Early Dreadnought, Fighter, and a Klingon Fast Patrol Ship.

I should explain something. The Fighter for the Romulans and the PF for the Klingons are designed to work with Rod O'Neal's Fighters and PFs mod. It can be found here:

If anyone noticed, there were some unresolved issues on two of the models I uploaded. The Romulan Early Dreadnought's break mod had flipped normals, and the Romulan fighter had smoothing issues. So, those have been fixed and reuploaded. Sorry for the inconvenience.

(those files are RDNE.zip and RFTR.zip BTW)
