running sfc3 in a window

Anybody know how to run sfc3 in a window that can be minimized and moved about your desktop? I'm trying to program the game while looking at the code in progress and the game in progress at the same time.

Other Then Opening Up "sfc.ini " And Changing "windowed=0" To "windowed=1", No.
You Can't Move the Window Around the Screen Or Minimize It, But You Can Easily Use ALT+TAB To Switch From One Window To Another.

Note:
"resmode=" In "sfc.ini" Set The Screen To A Certain Resolution:
0 = 1024x768
1 = 1152x864
2 = 1280x1024
3 = 1600x1200

I Play In A window Just In Case The Game Crashes, So I Can Get To The Task Manager Easiler To Shut It Down.
It's Best To Set The Resolution Of The Game To The Same Resolution As Your Screen, So The Game Appears Full Screen.
Otherwise You Get The Game Screen In The Top Left Hand Corner, And You Won't Be Able to Move it.
If Your Screen Is Set At  800x600 You Going to Have to Set Your Resolution 1024x768 Or The Game is Going to Apper Clipped.
