COMING SOON!!
« on: February 06, 2003, 10:01:29 pm »
Just registered and aquired hosting for my own domain...should have it going in a week or two. I'm still going to have the Design Lab for SFC related projects...sandman3d will be a general graphic arts site. So, after I get it all set up, if you have something you'd like to post for general viewing (ABSOLUTELY no porn!!), send it over. My idea is for a place where artists, modelers etc. can display a working portfolio for possible employment opportunities. Each posted item will have your personal contact info supplied.

My host provides 500mb of storage and unlimited tranfer. Should be enough for images...sorry, won't be able to host models there, but might at the Design Lab. If you need a place to park your pics for posting, I'll try to set up an area for that.

Have Fun!!

Thanks for the offer Sandman. I could use a pic post in a bit. Just started working on a mesh after not doing any for over 2 months. Woohoo I am on a roll. Well by my standards. Some whip out a mesh in 2 hours- I aint there yet.

Anyway I just got netzero for an IP and was about to call AOL cause I used to have a basic site thru them. But if you wouldn't mind posting a couple wip pics, that would be Too SWEET

Send me the WIP pics and I'll at least get them up at the Design Lab. Send 'em here: taz0868@hotmail.com  and I'll get 'em uploaded and give you the link. I'll make you a folder for your images, then when you send something I'll put it there and you just need to use the same addy just change the pic name.

Thanks Sandman. Be a couple days yet. I  want my 1st wip to already have the basic textures on it,  so it looks like something.

I already got the mesh done except for detail work. For some reason ,as soon as I assign textures in milkshape it hogs memory big time.  Gets so slow I can't even mesh anymore.  So I always gotta be sure I have my meshing 100% done before I assign textures.

Think 128ram is a bit low for this stuff.
