Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of this August Forum,Despite some Cybernetic "Trials and Tribulations,I finally got my "Logon Name" and Password verified by the Taldren Administration. Now,I'm using the 101 Beta Patch that I got from the G.F.L. Website. It's better that the original that Taldren posted on this website because when you engage the "Following Target" Command,the ship you're using actually straightens out so that all your weapons are in the proper firing arch.(In my case the ship in question would be a B.O.P. since I'm playing as a Klingon in S.F.C.III.) However,I.M.H.O.,1.The Shields are still "Too Whimpy".2.The weapons take too long to recharge in a combat situation.3.The A.I. is too powerful.4.The "Enemy Ships" take too long to destroy,especially when you have two or more ships against you. On the "Plus Side",I'm glad Taldren fixed the "Increase in Rank" problem. And,I'm glad the "Borg" are now part of the game,itself,instead of just in "Conquest Mode". Now,I'm aware of the "Legal Problems" between Activision and Paramount. Inspite of this,I would like to know the status of the "S.F.C.III,Official Patch" and when myself and the "August Gamers" of this Forum will be able to get our "Greedy Little Hands" on it.
