I'm not sure how a song sounds gay. If it's not by Tom Robinson or Bronski Beat or from the book of "Rent", it's probably not gay.

Not that there'd be anything wrong with it if it was. Heck, those drab Enterprise quarters might well benefit from the "Queer Eye" folks. :-)

Gay or not...Freddie Mercury was quite an artist.

Preach on, Brother Dogmatix!

As for the Enterprise theme; wasn't it just the same song with a faster tempo?  I thought they were supposed to change to a new song?

Well, at first I would have agreed with you guys. It's awful. While before, you could just about stomach it, now its like a cheap sci-fi show where topless aliens go around asking random men to help them reach places with various excuses... like enterprise. DAMN.

Moving on, I found a single redeeming quality in this one. It runs the same number of notes, but in faster time, so the song is over about 4 seconds faster. w00t.

I hope to god they change it by next week.

"And now, taking a break from our 'Men are Evil' marathon on Lifetime, we bring you the new and improved Star Trek: Enterprise theme! We know you'll like this one much more than the old one, since you can sing along and dance while the opening title is playing! Without further ado, here is the new theme for Enterprise: 'Strenth of the Pretty Pink Hearts with Blue Bows and Peach Colored Ribbons!' Don't forget to smile and wave your hands back and forth like a chorus dancer!"

Dear god....

It's pretty damn bad, and it's a shame, since the show is getting better.

Nothing will ever beat Shatner's "Space, the final frontier..."

We had to know that this song would be bad when we saw that it's lyrics were written by Diane Warren, writer of sappy pop-ballads for the likes of Celine Dion
