Unfortunately, as the title suggests, I have burned myself out on modeling for a little while. I need to learn to pace myself...I made so many in the last few months, that now when I'm starting to feel like I'm getting halfway decent at it, I can't finish a mesh to save my life. I've started 4-5 meshes since I finished the Ent. C, and get the gumpton to finish. I think I will be spending some time learning Photoshop better, so expect more wallpapers from me, and I have an idea for an overhaul of my site.

Let this be a lesson to the newbies...it is possible to burnout on something fun.

Don't be like me, wanting to have something to d/l from the site you pay for so you go fast and furious for a couple of months and burnout. Plus RL took another dump on us last night, so....

I'll still be around here, offering my opinions and advice when appropriate, and maybe a few walls and such. Stay tuned for the announcement of my site overhaul, and hopefully I'll be meshing again soon.

Take a few weeks off Sandman, play some games instead. I am going to do that same thing myself after I fininsh the BCG and the Andor. We look forward to your return.

Same here. I'm in the process of making the last of 3 vessels I have been working on and the last one is taking some time to finish. I was planning to make 3 ships at a time then release them, but this getting very difficult to do and I don't want to neglect my designs by rushing. Once I get done with the 3 I'm doing, I will release another batch but it will only be 2 models, then after that I'm only going to periodically release 1 model at a time. Like sandman said, its fun doing this, but its easy to burn yourself out.

Hope R/L doesn't get too hectic. Sometimes a break can give you new prospectives. Anyways like all the ships you have done so far.

Like I said, I'll still be around, just need a couple weeks(?) to get back into it. I'll be doing a re-model of my site and learning a little more about Photoshop...have some ideas for some cool images and stuff, so I'll be having fun still, just in a different mode.

Sure am sorry to see you go; you sure gave me myself a lot of pushes in the right direction- you remember, you were the first pro modeller/etc. that ever talked to me... kinda makes me sore to see my mentor go, but, we're always glad to see you around, and always appreciative of any and all of your clean clean works.
