I took the weekend off from my computer to spend some time with my new wife. We've been married about a month and out of that time I've spent more with my computer than her :P I'll get back to work on Monday though, and hopefully I'll have some new WIP's for you by tuesday featuring the increased poly saucer section and maybe a complete sensor array and warp nacelles.

Well I got to work on it yesterday and spent the entire day on it. After a couple hours though it was apparent that I needed a new mesh. So, I scrapped the hull and started over from scratch. What I ended up with is MUCH better than the first attempt. Much more efficient use of polys, and I even was able to pass the previous extent of construction and add some detail that wasn't there before. So, I'm about the same place I was before, with a bit more detail, but a way better mesh to work with. By the time I was finished though the wife was home and it was too late to post the WIPS! So here they are!

Let the WIP's flow large!

Still looking good...I would re size the Triange shape on the dorsal saucer...as it is suppose to be similar the Soveriegn class except the impulse assemblies are now shuttle bays(sorry if I didn't show that clearly...My bad)
Also the main deflector alcove goes all the way up to the saucer(like the sovie) hope that helps

Great Job !!!

Good flow so far, Capt Korah!!

Not that I know ANYTHING about modelling, but that design sure looks like a hard one- we sure appreciate the work on it....:)
