No, it doesn't nor can it ever exist, (as a true type font) if you mean you want the starfleet font with the red pinstriping, the way I do it is use the one with the pinstripe (it's all one colour because it's a font) and then do the naming in Corel Draw, then export it as a 4 times oversize bitmap (so it's 4030x4030 instead of 1024x1024) then open it in PSP floodfill the pinstripes (which should be really clear and sharp because of the oversizing) in red, then resize the texture back down to 1024x1024 or 512x512 or whatever size you're using. I just used that same technique on WZ's new connie to remake my flagship the Sicilia and the result is perfect - you may have some trouble with smaller name plates like the NCC-1701 behind the bridge on the connie refit for example, the pinstriping starts to run into the main letter but overall it makes some really crisp lettering

In PSP and PS just use the stroke modifier. In PSP, you open the text dialogue and under stroke choose a color more maroon than red, as red comes out too bright.

In PS, after you make your text, in the layer window click the icon on the bottom for layer styles, choose stoke and adjust accordingly.

Both methods work really well, and are pretty easy. The font you should use is microgramma bold and microgramma med. If you need 'em, let me know and I'll send 'em to you.

Hope this helps.

Lol, I do it differently again to both of you guys, I just use the standard psp text tool to make the text (as a vector so i can fit it to a bezier line path), convert that layer to a raster layer and then use the freehand selection tool set on point to point to select the out line of each letter and then alter the brightness and colour of each outerline of each letter...  the font I use

How do you get the text to arch that is where I have the most problems.

Using PSP I do it by drawing a vector bezier line in a perfectly symmetrical curve, then selecting the (presuming you have already drawn the text as a vector) both the bezier and the text using the vector selection tool, right clikcing them and selecting "fit text to path". Depending on which direction that you drew the bezier in; the text will or won't be going in the right direction. Try the line in both directions, or flip the texture maps when you apply the, lol. Oh and don't forget to hide the bezier line...!

I - as I said, use CorelDraw, I lay out a circular line (I guess it's a bezier I don't know the technical name) arrange it and size it to the position I want to lay the text to, type out the text (which can only be done as a vector as everything is a vector in CorelDraw) size it appropriately then just use the text -> fit text to path option, if it's on the outside curve of the circle and you need it on the inside there's a simple flip tool you can access by selecting the text and circle at the same time.

The disadvantage of my method is you need to use 2 programs and CorelDraw likes to sap my memory and CPU power quite a bit but I know what I'm doing and PSP never gave me satisfactory results

I curve my text by hand since that is the way the lettering is on the model of the enterprise.  That's the way that Khaliban did it.  After rotating each letter and spacing them out right, I merge them into one layer.  I then select the outline around the NCC-1701 for each letter. and do edit-cut in PS7.  I now have two layers the registry and the background. On the registry i hit select all, and then inverse and then select-modify-expand by about 8 pixels.  I then create a new layer and do edit-stroke by 4 pixels . Since I do my registries in 4096X4096 and my font size at 230 with Starfleet Bold Extended, I simply resize the image to 1024X1024 and the result  is a crisp looking registry worthy of the name Enterprise.
