Well, this one was the proverbial kettle of fish. Took me hours and hours to get this one as far as I did.. more because the only way that I could check it out was by going into GSA.. :/

So, these pictures represent about 12 hours of testing total time..

But the scale has been doubled, and it looks like that ate the maw effect mostly. Going to see what I can do with it.. but here's where it stands now..

See me run, see me get trounced, see all the pretty Feddie ships blow into shrapnel.. see me cower way out on the line so I can run away out of system if it gets too scary, and fire missles in from way out past Pluto.

I'm in the middle of preparing a presentation for Tracey Greenough to have a look at POSSIBLY making another Doomsday Machine scenario based on FASA Trek's: A Doomsday Like Any Other.

I can't wait to play her latest Doomsday Machine mission based on TOS episode...

I look forward to playing with this!

Don't remember saying that it was KF's Doomsday Machine, I sais it was done at KF's request. KF was very particular to point out here and the other thread that this was spacecadetglowuk's mesh. All I did was resize it, and post pictures of the results. For some reason, the mesh now eats the maw effect mostly, even after moving the HP's in front of everything. Might be cued to the maw diameter or something.. dunno..

Atheorhaven,

It occurred to me that this Doomsday machine will require a 'dead' retexture version of this same MDM.

I bet it will look silly in Tracey's Doomsday Machine script if this is used as the MDM but the stock version ends up being the dead doomsday machne, LOL.

At any rate, I'll take what you've done so far. I think it's great!

I hope Spacecadetglowuk likes it too.

(grin).. you don't think that I'd do something like this and not create a "dead" version of it do you?

I have it done already, was done before I announced the completion of this. The thing would be getting permission with spacecadetglowuk for modifications to the old textures, that's all.

I was reading Tracey's thread as well, which was good.. because now I know where and what to name things before this is done..

Mentioned this one elsewhere, so I might as well mention it here. I have a TOS Connie that I bashed of Lord Schtupp's that can be used with this scenario.
