Next Taldren game: SBC?

So, imho, the best 4x game ever, is Space Empires 4.  Relatively easy to mod and add new races, ship pictures, race pictures, etc.  Someone just made a nice "shipset" based on Starblazers.

So I was kicking around the net, and found out that there is a Starblazers tactical game, which reminds me a LOT of SFB.

I'm going to try and buy this game this weekend, but lets face it, I'll play it as much as I can get together people to play SFB (read: never).

So, it would be great if it were a computer game.  But what company could make a successful port of a board game to a computer game???

Hmmmm.

And it would help if that company was interested in Japanese, since it would probabaly take a Japanese port of this game to make it a big seller, since Starblazers is AFAIK much more popular in Japan than in the US.

And perhaps said company could simply use an existing code base, modifiy it and release it?

And then..........

I woke up?

Yes it is. But that just gives me an idea for the sequel, SBC: The Ameritech Wars. The two companies merged last year.

I know, I hired in as an Ameritech employee in '01 and am now an SBC'er.
