Kzinti/Mirak Overlord ship retextured

I need permission to cut this loose from the model author and it needs some additional lighting but check it out; I figured the Mirak/Kzinti would have upgraded their Overlord class and here's my take on it using STOCK Taldren Mirak FA CA, DD and ZSB textures:

Nice job. Cool ship. I must have it.  Am really getting into the Mirak. Missles are fun. Thier music is cool. Dig there textures. Its just that thier stock ships were too basic due too low poly restrictions. NO more. Wonder how many cool ships are out there that I never seen before, since I only started last year.

They look fine, KF. As I said in the other thread, I've been thinking about reworking the textures on these ships, toning down the primary colors and updating them for the TMP era. So far, I haven't gotten around to it. Maybe this will ge tme rolling again.

Hey, I was just asking Koth where he got the b&w pic of that ship in his sig so I could make it.

That saves me going off on a tangent to do that one now.  Thanks

I got it and viewed it in Taldren mod viewer and the textures on the pods  are  scattered. Have not tried in game yet. Will do in a few minutes.  Anyways its a great job, wonder if the zip got corrupted?

I Dl'd the .rar and it came through currupted? James, did you just mistype when you called it a zip? It is a win.rar file, isn't it?

Yup corrupted. Yea its an rar not zip. I call everything  a zip    Kf once I get a good file of this. I can render it and remap it onto 1 bmp. That makes the lightmaping easier. I can assign lightmaps as well. Its just my video card doesn't read em. So I just assume they work for other people.

This is the file KF sent me with some basic i-maps. It seems to be fine in the Mod viewer and in-game though I noticed the textures did scramble in the M6 editor.
