Measuring the volume of a model...

Does 3dsMax or gmax have the ability to calculate how much volume is enclosed by a model?  I know it's kind of a silly question, but I got a little curious about this.

Yes, you go to the "tools" on the right-hand selection panel and there is something for measurements.

Arrrghhh...I think this is another feature that they removed from Max when they made gmax.  Oh, well.  I wonder how cheap Max 4 will get now that Max 5 is out.

Try Utilities panel > Utilities rollout > Measure button

Objects with holes will be inaccurate tho...

Thats for MAX4...

Yep.  This is DEFIINITELY a feature they removed from Max 4 to make gmax.  Oh well, I really can't complain - gmax is 100% free.

Thanks for the answers, guys.
