Here?s a mini-update on the state of the FASA to SFC collection:

I am presently focusing primarily on NON-CANON, FASA Trek ships, retextures and kitbashes of them. Again, I have limited myself to a maximum of FOUR (4) Canon models in this collection. I will be adding the TAS K?zinti collection and the USS Illustrious to the collection as well.

FASA Federation

TIE: USS Baker and USS Remora; the USS Remora breaks the tie when I get the 100m version I?ve been asking for.

All those D10s ? I love variants!

I realize this is probably premature, but do you have a rough ETA on completion?

Seems like this is a project on the scale of a full-time job!

The FASA to SFC Collection is an ongoing WIP. 175MB so far... I would like to wrap this up when every FASA STSSTCS/FASA Trek related TMP era ship has been completed? LOL

Yes, this has been almost a full-time job for the past 6 months anyway. It was only during the last month have I really come to appreciate the magnitude of this TMP era collection and the number of models ?I? have missed out on.

I am limiting the number of SFC1 models in the collection and am keeping ones that are really good but need simple tweaks or lighting (e.g., Ghostfox?s D-16 Swift Wind) or to ones that SFC2/OP versions do not yet exist (e.g., Chad Simmond?s USS Makin). The quality of models has improved vastly over the early days of kitbashing new models so I want to stay as current with models as possible.

Still looking for:

Winged Defender ?TOS style? with fighter canopy ?head? by ???
D-10 variants Spacecadetglowuk

I am hoping to acquire the following RUMORED WIPs upon completion:

Romulan V-4 Scott Hunter mesh Anduril (Status unknown)

Good news KF, I decided that these Gorn ships are just too easy to make for us not to have them. I put my knuckels to the grindstone today and churned out the Gorn MA-12, and now I'm starting on the MD-8, which I might finish tonight. I'll have all the FASA Gorns modeled by the weekend. Check my post on the MA-12 for pics of the untextured model.

Excellent news indeed! Are you going to attempt the FASA Gorn FAN Ships too? Not too many FASA Gorn out there...

My time is limited for this project, so I'll just stick to the 4 basic ships in the game manual. Just finished the MD-8. Next is the SS-3.

one thing i have found is a SFC2 D11
i used the version made by Ghost
which is avalible from Fleet dock 13
I have tos & tmp Textures
