For pities sake the word is M-I-Z-I-A, mizia. It's just pathetic that nobody in the SFC3 forum can spell it, and it's not good enough that people can't appreciate that that this is a real gaming word now, named after Walter Mizia, if I have my SFB history correct. Specifically it relates to the use of the DAC table to destroy weapons instead of power.

So it's M-I-Z-I-A. Now don't make me get up and come over there again.

Now I know your name is Cleaven but I saw it somwhere as Clearen So thats just the way I'm going to call you.  Sorry if thats not your name but I'm just too lazy to learn to spell it right.  Thenk you Clearen for clarifying the above.

No. They have a different word. They usually spell it with an M, a Z, and often an I, but the rest is pretty random.

As for a DAC that allows a power Vs weapons attack style, it may be possible with Hull targeted (as opposed to warp or a weapon mount). Does anybody know if there is such a DAC? I think this has already been explained by the designers but I have forgotten.

I used to love runing single Battle cruisers and small groups of (Cough)Kizinti)(cough) Miriak ships, mostly becuase I would go insain with the Drone loadout options (ohh going agaist lyrans, I need armored and Phaser to mess with his ESGs,  and some Dogfights for loading Psycout Scatterpacks with Dogfights, hhmmm were going up against a Lyran Carrier, so i may want to also load a shatterpack or do I just want to load a few MW instead, Ohh and cant forget the ECM drones, should I put that one on a IV with a Explosive warhead, or with a probe or with a . . .) you get the idea.

Actualy the game realy needs type III drones.
