And those ships ROCK! I dont much care for the double forward hull on the DN, but man... those are cool ships. I want them!@

Arachne, glad you said something about the triple hull (yes its 3) DN cause I don't like it either. Thought I'd put it up anyway.
I have another dual hull version that puts the 2nd hull vertical. Don't like that either. I kinda got stumped at the BB class.

The cool thing about these ships is they all are mapped to a single 256 bitmap. So the d/l will be small. I will likely include 3 ships in each d/l.  Just have to sort out which class will be which.  The main spurs in my side are the bb and the freighter.

I like this BB design, even if a bit unorthodox. This means that your stuck with it. Muahahaha j/k.  I will likely have 2 or 3variations for each class, ff,fa, cl  etc......  SO you can pick and choose or use them all or don't use any .  Whats left is for me to sort thru them, do hp's, breaks and lightmaps. I hate doing all that cause it involves little creativity and seams like drudgery.  So you may have to bug me befor I move on to something else .

 new BB design

A bit of my reasoning behind this BB design. I have an alternate version that has weapon pods instead of the dual secondary hulls. The weapon pod version would be the true BB class. The version with dual secondary hulls is designed to be a colony ship. Capable of transporting large numbers of troops or civilians without an escort. Since the ship would still have the weapons loadout of a late DN class.

The dual hulls can be launched and are capaable of landing on a planet as well.  So another roll could be landing marines on a planet where there is too much interference to use transports.

James I have to say I love them all, great designs, wonderful TNG Miraks, the favorite must be in the other variants 1st pic and second left one, good looking ships bro, 3 thumbs up lol

Nicely done!

I like the twin neck concept on the zca. The Rounded shovel shaped head and curved warps are going to take some getting used to. Maybe you can add a transitional model with the spear shaped head, two necks and  Standard engines?

Just my opinion. I always like to see what you do next!

Thanks for the comments guys. KF i will include straight nacels for the z-pol and zff ships.  I got the message about yahoo.
I uploaded  the Zenith (Mirak zbb class) to SFU. I am not sur how long it takes them to post it. This should fix the Yahoo problem .

In the meantime the ship is up at 2 of my yahoo clubs linked below.  The 1st link also has a pic of the break mod.

Firesoul-no tug yet, but a freighter converted to a BC along the lines of a WYN ax BC but with mirak textures, TNG era.

Good news. The zenith is up at SFU. Wow they are fast over there .  Look for Mirak Zenith under SFC2/OP section. It is also located under new file at the top. Let me know if there are any problems with the file.
