Hopefully my next question is obvious. Who does the shipwrights list differ from OP+ or more pointedly how do they "disagree"?

It's great that you have given the WYN and LDR their own race spots. But, if it is merely a replacement of some cartels, will they be useable in the D2 on the empires map??

Shipwrights Specs are not designed for D2. They are for GSA general and league play. They are indeed similar to Firesoul's OP+ Specs, including many ships from SFB and a few variants of our own making, though all the useless ships (scouts) have been removed. Fighters and PF's have been redesigned, G-racks tweaked, missing fighter bay internals added, and bpv's adjusted for competition among other things.

My project (OP+) and Tar's (SW) are 2 completely independant projects.. .. but we support each other's efforts.
