Turns out OP has a manual with range and damage info although it differs from the info on the EAW lamenated card that has range and damage info which leads me to believe that the EAW info may not be correct. I was mostly concerned with dizzie hit chart as it seems even though one should have a 67% hit chance at 16-22, experience is not bearing that out. Anyway, I was looking for something definitive, even more so now in that the two sources differ, but it may not exist.

Nope, the 16-22 bracket is correct. hits 67% but only does 2 points damage. that the UIM effect from SFB hits at the next best range bracket while doing the true range damage.

The EAW card has it hitting for 3 at 16-22 which I thought was fantastic, but I assume that was a misprint. And I still say it is not hitting 67% from that range. Guess I need to test it out.

Mine hit pretty good at that range. But you're still gonna miss 33% of the time and sometimes the 33% seems to come up 75% of the time. Just the luck of the dice eh??
