GSA is the most screwed up piece of **** I have ever run across. Gamespy themselves have apparently DELETED my account for some unknowledgable reason, and now I can not conect to their serveice, which is already one of the worst internet programs I have seen in the first place.

I am asking to find out if there is an alternative program for matching up IP addy's and players to play EAW or OP that has nothing to do with gamespy. As it is right now I can no longer hook up for skirmising on GSA, and was lucky not to be using the same account for dyna play.

I wish there were. GS wasn't so bad when they first added SFC, I think they grew beyond thier capablities.

Yes, there's direct connect. Find out what IP your opponent's on and go into the game and type it in. This way you can bypass GSA. Of course, you have to know how to find out what his IP is, but what did you expect, this to be easy?

Open a Command Prompt

Type: ipconfig /all

Or, for win98 and below, use: winipcfg

Not too hard.
