Anyone know whats happening with the patch?

Has Activision abandoned the official patch?? ***

*** Is there a way we can sue (sp?) activision for leaving us with the latest offcial version of the game being a BETA version??

Last I heard it was going to take most of the summer to QA out everything they wanted to do so be patient.
