Don't know if Internet (HD) Explorer will allow you to use style sheets with the browser.. but you can in Opera and most likely Mozilla (seeing Opera was based on it at one point).  I'd dare say that Netscape can use them as well.  If you find a way in IE, let me know.. then I can tell people at work.
