Romulan Whipoorwill up for d/l

Time for me to start giving back some more to the community.

Here's Jeff Wallace's Manta pirate ship retextured using P81's FASA Romulan Winged Defender (D2 RBC) . I call it the Romulan Whipoorwill tug.
