Topic: Video Sequence Problems

I have an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro using DVI out to a Viewsonic VG191 and I can't see the full screeen video sequences. Actually,I can sort of see them, but they aren't full screen. Rather they are in the left hand corner and very, very dark. I'm running a fresh install of WinXP Pro SP1 with DX9 and I've tried every Activision/ATI/Microsoft suggestion, but still no go. The system also passes all of the DirectX diagnostics. And yes, I've applied the SFCIII DX9 patch.

I didn't have this problem running a Geforce3 TI 200 with DVI out and the same LCD monitor.

One other thing, I can see the full screen videos if I use the analog out on the 9700, so it appears to be a driver/dvi/sfc problem. ATI was no help either.

Any ideas or am I stuck?
