What is the scale that is used for the ships now?

I think it used to be something like 20 meters to 1 unit in Max.  Is that still the case for SFC3 ships?  I loaded some of the Romulan ships in and the smallest was pretty good sized.  I put them in around the FASA design Nova that I just finished the basic mesh on.  It is rather smallish.

I don't know the answer anymore there was a post on this in the SFC3.net forum but after the reset of those forums it is gone. The SFC3 ships are bigger than the SFC ships though. You can try this question at the frostworks forums though P81, Cleeve or -LB- still post there and can answer that one for you.

Since the model.siz change, you no longer need to worry about model scale for EAW. There is a text file that tells the game how big to make the model. ie. I'm using Hobbes' Kerchan BB as a Rommie PF, Skinman's B'rel FF as a Klink fighter and Thu11's Thunderbolt PF as the Fed fighter. Drop them in the folder, rename the files, and they just work.

I assume that SFCIII had this feature built in, and OP will get it with the next patch. (or did they get it with the last patch?)
