I just picked up my copy of ef-2. I installed it correctly with DX-9 and restarted my computer. I clicked to play ef-2 and an error message came up and said:GLW_StartOpenGL()-could not load OpenGL subsystem. I figure my problem is with my video card. My computer is only 1.5 years old(win XP).Can anyone help?

Apart from possibly the sequel to ef-1 , what is this ef2 you are talking about?

I think he's talking about Elite Force 2.......Do you think we should tell him this is a Star Fleet Command forum???

It could be that your video drivers are out of date. ATI released updated drivers recently as did Nvidia. That would be my first guess.

In all seriousness, go ask this on some kind of EF2 board.

Hey, I got it workin anyway. I very well know this is the starfleet command forum. I'm not the first person on here to talk about ef-2.

My problem was my video card. I went to microsoft and got an update through my windows update program.
