Dynaverse 3 servers?

Hey there, I was wondering whether it was possible to run your own Dynaverse 3 server? I only ask as I don't believe there are any servers based in the UK and my ping to the US is terrible, I'm often routed through Germany lol. I have tried looking but I didn't find anything. Any news/help would be much appreciated!
